Alexander Mihulka

Alexander Mihulka has been active in the Tax Advice and Accounting industry for more than 13 years.

Alexander completed his studies at the Technical College of Mainz/Germany, graduating with a „Diploma of Business Law”. From 1998 on he spent over 7 years with a leading international accounting and tax consultation company (Big Four) and was as an authorized signatory actively involved in procuring consultancy services to middle class clientele.

In the year 2000, Alexander sat the Certified Public Accountant Examination in the United States of America and was certified as a Practising Accountant in the State of Washington. In March 2003, he became licensed as a Tax Adviser by the Tax Adviser Chamber House of Hessen/Germany.

Alexander has a vast range of experience comprising the consultation and care of all facets of Tax Law for:

  • Varying business industries and structural forms
    (small-medium business, self-employed, public and private companies, as well as societies)
  • Individuals with different forms of income
    (employee, house and property, savings interest, securities)

Alexander also offers a tax consulting service for foreign citizens. Those who live temporarily in Germany or who are required to fulfil taxation reporting obligations to foreign countries, find Alexander a competent point of contact.

Alexander also has specialist knowledge in the field of the international financial reporting, incorporating the IFRS and US-GAAP requirements.
